Ungrouped for easy cutting. Merry Christmas layer can be cut from a variety of woods and layered over the bottom. Vinyl stencils could be cut from either as well. In the example photos, the top layer is cut from 5/32" Columbia Forest Maple Plywood from Home Depot. The bottom layer is lightly spray painted after scoring.
